Refund, Returns & Exchange policy

Here are the terms and conditions for “No Refund, only Exchanges accepted in case of Size issue or Manufacturing defect”:

1. Refunds will not be provided for any purchases made.
2. Exchanges will only be accepted in the case of size issues or manufacturing defects.
3. Customers must notify us of the size issue or manufacturing defect within 2 days of receiving the product.
4. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition for the exchange to be processed.
5. Exchanges will be processed for the same product in the correct size or a replacement for the defective product.
6. Shipping costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a suitable replacement will be offered.
8. Any exchanges must be approved by our customer service team before returning the product.
